Godou Kusanagi[]
At first, Yuri thought Godou was a fearsome person from her previous interactions with a Campione, but she still attempted to convince him to be more modest in his actions with Erica. However, as time passed and the two interacted, she discovered most of the actions were on the part of Erica, and began to fall in love with Godou, though she is not yet willing to admit it, possibly even to herself. In Volume 5, Yuri admits that she has feelings for Godou and that she does not care if she is gonna be his wife or not, as long as she is close to him, she would be happy. Yuri even revealed that when she first met Godou, she felt calmer around him than most people and knew at that moment he was different from the other Campione and that she was slowly falling in love. After Volume 5, Yuri almost completely stopped getting mad at Godou from then until now, she very few times does. In Volume 7, Yuri has even sworn allegiance for life to Kusanagi Godou during the Youth Ritual until one of them dies. By the end of the series, their relationship has gotten so intimate that they have sex after Godou returns from his universe travel.
In Volume EX, The relationship between Yuri and Godou becomes more romantic, and he even hugs her in public, which embarrasses her. Although she scolds Godou for hugging her in public, he does not care, and he also kisses her, which makes her happy. Yuri also continues to have sex with Godou. In the end, Yuri, along with the other girls, ends up marrying Godou.

Erica Blandelli[]
The pair first started out as antagonists, as Yuri attempted to control what she considered Erica's unseemly behavior in showing her affection for Godou all the time. After their various adventures together, the two have become more along the lines of friendly rivals for Godou's affection. However, the two still argue over Erica's public behavior.
In EX Volume, Yuri and Erica become friends more often. And now, they are more comfortable when they are together. The two of them even got to have sex with Godou at the same time.
Liliana Kranjcar[]
Liliana and Yuri met when they were 12 years old in Voban's attempt to summon a Heretic God. It's not clear how exactly was their meeting, but considering that Liliana cared highly for her, it could be said that they had a pleasant encounter. They met again four years later, Yuri and Liliana would meet again when Yuri was captured by Voban. Although Liliana and Yuri didn't speak while the latter was captured, Liliana didn't want what Voban was planning for Yuri, and she wanted to find a way to save her. Despite of that, it seems that Yuri didn't remember Liliana, but that's likely due to the situation. After Liliana had joined Godou and defected from Voban thanks to Erica's blackmails, Yuri and Liliana together helped Godou defeat Voban. After Liliana had officially become Godou's knight and also enrolled in the Jounan Academy, Liliana and Yuri began a friendship. The two are currently shown to be very good friends, Liliana cares a lot about Yuri, unlike their respective relationships with Erica and Ena, Yuri and Liliana almost never argue nor have discomfort.
Ena Seishuuin[]
The two are old friends, although Yuri appears to try and convince Ena to be more conservative and ladylike in her actions while Ena tried to teach Yuri to be more open-minded. However, deep down, Yuri sees Ena as a true friend or sister out of all the girls due to their past together. Whenever Yuri performs the ritual with Godou, she would usually prefer Ena nearby. By the end of the series, the two became comfortable enough with one another that both of them were willing to have sex with Godou at the same time.

Hikari Mariya[]
Hikari is Yuri's younger sister. The two seem to be close, and Hikari appears to support Yuri's relationship with Godou. While Yuri finds Hikari's strong and bold nature embarrassing, she does, however, care for her a lot and was afraid for her safety when she was kidnapped by the Monkey King. By the end of the series, Yuri trusted Hikari enough to become a shrine maiden in their house while Yuri and Ena went to study in Kyoto.
Lucretia Zola[]
Lucretia enjoys playing with the innocent Yuri and will often teach her strange things. Despite this, the two still like each other. Yuri, on one occasion, ended up believing things that Lucretia said regarding the lies that men can tell in situations that Godou has with Erica, and at one point she ended up scolding Godou for that, thinking that he was not telling the truth. It can be that Lucretia knew that Yuri can become be naive and that is why she said that, and it is likely that Yuri initially believed Lucretia because she is the most powerful witch and thought that what she said could not come to be a joke.
